Description
LK-HHPD is a high-speed detector module suitable for digital and analog applications, featuring an InGaAs PIN photodiode that covers wavelengths from 1250 to 1650 nm. It offers 12 GHz or 18 GHz bandwidths and runs on +5V power. The module is compatible with standard single-mode 9/125μm fiber and has an SMA connector for RF output with a 50 ohm impedance match.
LK-HHPD suitable for high-data-rate applications, it is hermetically sealed to protect against environmental factors, ensuring reliability and longevity. It has a lightweight design, with a mass of less than 23 grams, which is beneficial for portable or space-constrained applications. The module is certified in compliance with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive 2.0, demonstrating adherence to environmental and safety standards.

The fiber bending radius no less than 20mm for avoiding fiber damaged.
Be sure the fiber coupling facet is clean before connecting it to opto-circuit.
